Blue Star facilitated the purchase of this asset at a steep discount from a failed lending institution in Lynnwood, Washington.  Originally envisioned as a condominium conversion, Blue Star converted the project back into apartments, designed and completed all physical improvements and successfully leased up the building. 

Upon substantial occupancy, Blue Star arranged permanent financing and currently manages the asset on behalf of the ownership group.
